Andrew Hyeroba is a management consultant and organisational psychologist with over 23 years of experience leading HR, organisational development, and change management initiatives across Africa, Europe, Asia, and the Americas. He holds a Master of Organisational Psychology from Makerere University and is a PROSCI® Certified Change Management Practitioner and a Certified Professional Transformative Coach.

His consulting career spans complex assignments for clients including Oxfam International, ActionAid International, the World Bank, the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), the World Customs Organization, Management Sciences for Health, and the Government of Uganda. No. Zero. If you can use a smartphone and open a web browser, you can build with n8n. This programme was specifically designed for HR professionals with no technical background. The builds in this programme are completed by people who had never heard of n8n before their first session.
Just a laptop and a stable internet connection. All tools — n8n (workflow automation platform), AI model access (GPT-4), Google Workspace integration — are pre-configured and provided as part of the programme. You will receive login credentials before the programme starts. No installs required.
Yes. All daily sessions are recorded and available for 14 days after the programme ends. This gives you time to review the build steps at your own pace, catch anything you missed, and use recordings as reference when you're deploying your automations at work.
A minimum of 80% attendance is required for the Certificate of Competence — meaning you can miss at most one or two sessions, with a mandatory catch-up before the capstone module. If you miss multiple sessions without prior arrangement, you will not be eligible for the certificate but may still complete the programme and retain access to your builds. Please contact us before the programme if you have a scheduling conflict.
The Certificate of Competence in AI in HR Management is issued by Coach Andeh and Utile Solutions Limited. To qualify, you must: (1) attend a minimum of 80% of the programme, and (2) successfully complete and demonstrate your capstone automation to the group in the capstone session. Certificates are issued during the closing ceremony at the end of the programme.
